- If you think you have a hernia, you probably have one. Even if you don’t, this approach may help, just like many of the non-FDA approved supplements.
- Shave area using shaving cream and a nice razor. I’d recommend not using the complimentary razors at 1-star hotels.
- Get a 6 inch duct tape pre-cut. There are lots of fun designs to choose from.

- Gush your guts back into the hole.
- Apply pressure with a rounded object (mine was a fridge magnet) to hold your guts back in.

- Tape fast.
- Bind entire area with more duct tape. Voila! If anything seems loose, use more duct tape.
