RULES
This Series will be governed by rules as defined in

prescriptions of U.S. Sailing and the class rules of the Ideal 18 except

ENTRIES
On any race day, competitors enter by sailing to the starting area, announcing the name of the skipper,

disregarded when not starting or finishing.
STARTING
PROCEDURES
A three minute countdown sequence shall be used as per RRS Appendix U.
The RC will attempt to hail

for redress. An Individual Recall will be signaled by one sound from the RC
